NYC’s Coach, JM Weston and Dior stores. My 2 CCs taken, my buddy’s 3 cards all declined! LOL Three phone calls in the stores cleared it up.
Even traveling to the States, call ahead to your CC company to clear the cards for use. Good chance they will be declined if no history.
